Real Estate Plu$ Program

ACMG Federal Credit Union offers a very special program for members who are buying or selling a home. Through our relationship with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, ACMG members are eligible to receive a cash rebate when they sell or purchase a home through the Real Estate Plu$ Program.  In order to take advantage of this unique program, ACMG members must first call 315.214.2274 to speak with a Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Personal Counselor.

What you can expect:

    Selling... Your counselor will assign a real estate agent who is knowledgeable and experienced in your neighborhood. Your agent will provide you with a written comparative market analysis of your home and help you determine the list and sale price. They will review their marketing plan so you know exactly what will be done to sell your home and they will also advise you on making any necessary repairs to enhance how your home shows to prospective buyers compared to other homes for sale.

    Buying... Through this program, you will work with a personal counselor (non-selling advisor) who will provide objective information to help you make a better-informed purchase decision. This counselor will determine your real estate needs, review the steps necessary to buying a home, and assist you throughout the process. A real estate agent will be assigned who meets your needs and knows your area, but your counselor is always available to provide objective advice and answers to your questions.

Your cash rebate is based on the price of the home and can range from $200 - $3,000 -- you may even qualify for a double cash rebate if you decide to sell and purchase through Coldwell Banker Prime Properties!*  At ACMG, we are committed to helping our members save time and money by providing services such as this one to simplify the home buying or selling process.
